  • Returns: You have 30 days from receipt to return unused items in original packaging with tags. Contact info@milvaly.com for authorization before returning.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement. Once the "package shipped" status is reached, the order cannot be canceled, and the standard return process must be followed.

You agree to indemnify and hold Milvaly harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms.
